T-Shirt Graphic Designers Wanted for Ongoing Work

We will be launching thousands of new t-shirts starting in February and we're looking for one or more graphic designers to join our team. We're great to work for, are responsive and pay fairly and quickly. You will be provided with clear instructions including the t-shirt text and concept. Looking for creative use of fonts and graphics to convey simple messages. Experience creating designs for t-shirts is a plus! Please provide examples of your graphic design work or link to a portfolio for reference. Please also indicate how many t-shirt designs per day or per week you could provide over the next 3 months (February to April 2015) and your average price for simple (text only) and more detailed designs. A fair price and quick submission of work is expected. In order to assess your design skills, please bid on creating the following t-shirt design: Text: I Write Past My Bedtime Concept: For female authors. Simple colors that will look good printed on darker colored shirts including black, purple & hot pink. Using image similar to attached (female lying on ground typing on computer). Specifications: Image Size: Prefer 11 x 15 inches (Maximum 15 x 19 inches) Image Resolution: 300 DPI Image Format: Transparent PNG (for this specific project, only the PNG is required. For future projects, EPS, PSD and fonts may be required). NOTE: All images included must be your original design or licensed for free commercial distribution. You must provide the source of all non-original graphics used for verification. All t-shirt designs created for us may not be used as a part of a public portfolio or for any other customer without our explicit, written permission.
