Design business front posters for Dental office under construction

My General Dentistry office is under construction and I would like to have multiple posters on the business front windows to communicate with potential patients passing by. I'm looking for a few designs to be printed on window size poster boards visible from the Starbuck's Coffee drive-through line that passes directly in front of the business. This is only relevant in that I'd like to communicate something clever possibly related to coffee or waiting in a line for "something good." I've attached a couple potential ideas. The business will be completely closed and under complete remodel for three months, so there may be an opportunity to have a mini-marketing campaign with the posters, changing over time (as one idea). Some facts that might assist in the poster ideas: the business opens again January 2015 and will be a new, state-of-the-art facility, with a Restoration Hardware interior feel. Two female dentists serving a medium to high income community in a boutique dental office environment. Objective is to get the viewer to laugh, engage them in their current activity (buying coffee, waiting, messing with their smartphone in the car, etc.), communicate that the office is under construction, ask for their business (either with a small phone number for appointment scheduling or website reference),
