converting and/or creating dot based color images for print

Our client prints dot based images of various images; example animals, portraits, nature scenery etc.. The client is interested in someone with excellent graphic design and artistic/visual creative skills to create these dot based prints Your bid amount is for the conversion or creation (depending on your skill/talent) of 20 color images (or ideas) into dots of various sizes, in a print ready high resolution files, for example if you bid $500 for 20 images that means you are bidding $10 per image conversion 1. The printer prints images averaging 200cm x 200cm in size, your file should be delivered for that size print, 300dpi RGB PDF and JPG, final files can be sent via wetransfer or similar web service 2. The printer prints in dots only, dispensing 1mm - 20 mm droplets (dots) that instantly cure, each droplet averages 0.3mm - 0.5mm thickness helping to create a dimensional-like effect 3. You can assign any size dot from 1mm-20mm and any color you like (metallic, phosphorus, etc.,) to the created dots allowing for maximum visual effect 4. Each color you choose should have a designated Pantone number, especially for metallic and phosphorus colors 5. You can use any algorithm, script, java or other software you like (vector based, illustrator, Photoshop, etc.,) to create the conversion as long as you follow these guidelines: 5a. You must deliver the image in both the original software files and Photoshop files so that the client can make easy on-the-fly corrections of the size and locations of the droplets 5b. The droplets can be sized from 0.1mm – 20mm with maximum of 32 different size droplets (dots) per conversion 7. A separate milestone will be established for every image 8. You will receive the 20 original images (source images) or ideas for images, in the form of color jpeg files 9. There can only be one large background 10.
