I need a unique social site like facebook

I would like someone to build me a social site that has all of the features every normal social site has. It should be similiar to facebook. You can use a script and change it to make it look original. It must have a banner script built in that is hosted on my site and be very seo friendly (this is extremely important). You will have to change the terms and conditions page and policy page to my own terms and conditions and policy. You will have to place my logo on the website. And you will have to add a few pages to the website like a contest page, classifieds, etc. I will probably want about 10 pages added. The cost should not be much as I would then have you do more work of things I would like to add. I need someone who is good and not expensive please. Please have skype so we can talk there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
