I am still pretty new to the US Army, and I drove to complete some training earlier in 2019. I'd like someone to draft a letter for my CO to sign showing why it was more beneficial to my unit for my to drive across country (from California to Virginia) in my POV and back again. I did a little research and know that it definitely saved them money rather than them sponsoring a rental car for me.
