With this letter, I would like to apply for the virtual assistant position.
I have a bachelor degree in international hospitality management. I have work experience in several countries, such as the Netherlands, Hungary, Bali, and Anguilla. Most of the times I have worked in customer/guest service positions, such as front and back office employee, waiter, and call-center agent.
In my last position I have worked closely with the general manager of a resort and I assisted her in the everyday operation and in every departments of the property. Some of my responsibilities were answering emails and phone calls from guests, making car and dinner reservations for them, arranging transportation between our property and the nearby islands, booking excursions, billing, cost controlling and creating excel spreadsheets.
I believe I have performed every kind of tasks that you mention as responsibilities. I have good time management skills, I am open for new ideas, I am respectful and I am an accurate worker, thanks to the good stress tolerance. I have Skype as well, I used it many times, for family talks, interviews and online meetings.
I have a passion for traveling, I like to try out new restaurants and hotels, and I like the entire booking process of a holiday. When my family travels abroad, most of the times I am the one who arrange everything from A to Z.
