Freelance PHP5 Developer Required

Hello, We are urgently looking for a freelancer to work on around 5 client projects and our internal Content Management System. We have two lead developers in house and also a mid level programmer and we are behind on certain in house projects as well as client projects. What we would be looking for is someone to work on a freelance basis and complete certain projects, whether they would be full websites or in some instances our developers would break down a project for you, and assign a specific part of development to yourselves to complete and check in. We have major deadlines to hit, so we are only interested in someone who can work on a full time basis over the next 1-3 months or at least put 20-30+ hours in per week. As we are an agency, are expectations are high and our lead developers will validate all code checked into our SVN system and make sure everything object oriented valid PHP5 coding. The Key skills that are required are below: Minimum 3 years commercial experience in developing large-scale, robust applications in PHP5. Proficient in OOP, reuse and the use of Design Patterns in software development. Proficient in the use of MySQL and database design in general. Familiarity with W3C standards, HTML, CSS, Javascript and the use of Ajax in building interactive user interfaces. Experience in the design of web interfaces optimised for mobile phones would be highly desirable. Desired skills: Exposure to e-commerce and familiarity with jQuery, JSON, Ajax, XML interchange method would be advantageous. Experience with development of facebook applications. Familiarity with AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming) would also be desirable. If you feel you are capable of performing at a high level using PHP5 and other techniques then please let me know urgently, we are looking for someone to start the work and hours at the latest of Wednesday Morning. Please could you inform me of how much you are looking for per hour/day, we would preferably looking at a weekly rate or something that is viable for both parties. We envisage needing a freelancer for at least 3 months, and we are willing to provide assurances for you for ongoing work, if your work is successful. *Must be UK Based that can communicate well.
