I'm hoping you can assist me with a small project I'm considering. I came across your site today while looking for developers who can take on the task of developing an emergency alerting monitoring system for a group I represent. Here's an overview of the scope of work.
There are four public domain sites providing real-time emergency/disaster alerts and monitoring for local, regional, national and worldwide alerts. I wish to take that info, and pass it along to Ops Genie, which will notify individuals serving as on-call tech's. I will provide an application server to manage the data flow. The requested sites are:
RSOE EDIS - Emergency and Disaster Information Service

They have present API's I believe we can use found at the below

Contagious Disease Surveillance

There maybe additional public resources which we will use in a similar manner, but the site above represent the most important. Let me know if this is something your developers can handle, cost, and any additional infrastructure needed to accomplish our goal. Email is the best way to reach me for now. I look forward to your reply.
