150834 Template Design

This is a change of needs from a previoiusly posted project. I'm looking for a well designed and themed template that I can edit text and move photos in Dreamweaver. My site is www.OhanaHouse.com. The design needs to be appealing to vacationers and one that will be remembered. There are 1000's of vacation homes in competition in this area and I would like to stand out. It should be very proffessional looking. Also would like to add a floorplan page where photos of the rooms would open in a new window when clicked on. I have a floorplan, but it is from the builder and old, it would need updating. If possible, and in the budget, I would like to update the map on the location page to better show the location in relation to the theme parks (see attached map) I do not need to edit often, but do need to ability to change the text on the rate page, etc. Some examples of successful sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Will escrow payment.
