find a good 3D scanner for us

We are a small and young company and want to buy a new 3D scanner to scan 3 dimensional objects and output them into CAD files, like .stl. for that reason we need somebody to find us the best solution for our requirements. We want to invest about 3k to 6k dollars for this scanner and we know that there should be about 10 to 20 different systems available for that kind of money. We need you to find these systems, write down all the technical features, advantages and disadvantages and find out about the retail price in Europe! The project is delivered as soon as I have a clean and structured excel sheet with ALL this information. Not before! The project must be finished within a duration of one week time and should not require more than 5 hours work! Therefore bids above 40 dollars are not interesting for us.
