Facebook Marketing Expert Required

I'm looking for a talented marketing professional to join my team on a part time basis. Full time work will be on offer if you prove you are good enough. If you believe you have what it takes, watch my intro video and read below: [login to view URL] *The way our hiring process works* We hire for long term relationships, we have lots of work, and we need a freelancer that can work well with us and continue the ongoing relationship. We are not interested in somebody who only has a basic skill level, please do not waste our time if you have only just started using facebook ads. We need somebody that understands how marketing works and can build us a plan. Round 1: Below is a task, you will be required to complete this task before we will even consider you, this task is used by us to determine the good from the bad. (Time: 10 Minutes) Round 2: We will review the top candidates and select 5-10, they will be given paid test task to complete. (Time: 30 Minutes - Paid) Round 3: We will select 1 or 2 applicants to start a 2 week trial with us, they will be given a range of different work, at the end of the trial, the most successful and accomplished applicant will be hired part time with the option of full time work. *Test Task* In order to be considered for this position, you need to complete a test task that should take you no longer than 10 minutes.
