We're looking for a PT Office Manager/Admin to manage our office needs and generally keep our office running smoothly. Specifically, we need someone with: *Experience working in an Office Manager role *The ability to manage multiple tasks *Expertise in communication, both written and verbal *Resourcefulness and research skills *Solid skills with Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new online software In this role, your key responsibilities would include: *Managing employee orientation and record keeping * Manage Accounts Receivable and accounts payable *Assisting with payroll *Managing relationships with external vendors *Recruiting/Teambuilding *Ordering office supplies * Data Entry *Light office upkeep *Creating and maintaining a delightful and playful office environment *Answering calls *Scheduling jobs and crews *Answering emails *Keeping track of payroll *Putting together and submitting invoices (WILL TRAIN) We offer competitive compensation, an informal office environment, respect for individual contribution, and a unique opportunity to shape a game-changing brand.
