CREATE TOOL TO FIND DUPLICATES AND COPY DATA IN EXCEL

I have an Excel workbook as per uploaded. I require a tool – either external to the workbook or built into the workbook – that will do the following. Look for duplicate entries on 2 sheets – NEW 2 TURNS and VIC WATCHDOG by searching and finding duplicates in columns A and column H. As an example, this tool would find the name (column A) PERFECT HOURS and the date (column H) 14-Dec-18 on both sheets. Once each duplicate has been identified, I want some data from the VIC WATCHDOG sheet to be copied to the NEW 2 TURNS sheet. The data for each duplicate line to be copied is the following columns: Column K Column L Column M Column U Column V Column W Column Y Sometimes the data in these columns on the VIC WATCHDOG will be blank, just want all those columns pasted over to NEW 2 TURNS sheet for any duplicate record when matched by Col A (NAME) and Col H (DATE). I have attached a small sample of data - please prepare a sample of the tool and results so I can see how it will work before awarding project. PLEASE NOTE - the uploaded file is only a small sample of data, the tool will need to work in a workbook with full data and with other sheets in the workbook.
