I have a CSV generated by my phone system, covering phone calls going in and going out. There are the following columns: Direction Date Time Date Time Origin Destination Rate Status Duration(s) Cost
I want a Excel template that uses the CSV as a reference and shows pivots, tables and graphs summarising average, min, max, count of phone calls correlated with direction (whether the call is going in or out), duration, date, origin and also destination. Basically, the kind of information you'd expect in a standard report from any database or CRM.
The CSV export is called call_log.csv. I have attached an example file covering the past few months but I need the Excel template to be able to process however many records are in the CSV (if I want to do a yearly report, for instance, or a quarterly or monthly one, I want to be able to use the same Excel file).
