Alphabet Substitution Cipher- 80+ Characters With All Combinations

Excel- A-Z, a-z, 0-9, !-/. All characters, All Combinations With No Duplicates I attached an excel spreadsheet that is very similar to what I'm looking for you to do. You will notice I would like all capitals letters to be one color, all numbers should be underlined, and all characters such as ! should be another color. This would help confusing I for l and O for 0. I may decide to build a website that will enable my customers to chose a substitution cipher from this spreed sheet. This spreadsheet will be given to my customers in a bundle of other files. I would like to hire you to create this spread sheet and sign a right of ownership so I can own the rights.
