1. Wages/Remuneration Issues (Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, Equal Remuneration Act, 1976);
2. Employment Benefit Issues (Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Maternity Benefit Act,1961);
3. Working Conditions Issues [(Factories Act, 1948, Shops and Establishment Act, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 etc., ), Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970].
