Opt in email list required

I need to build a database of Australians interested in property investing, we want them to opt in to receive a free eBook on how to stay safe when you buy an investment property, a free property investor toolkit with lots of valuable information and a free monthly newsletter about property investing. Please describe how you would generate these emails. Please quote per 1,000 emails, we will buy 2,000 to start with but continue to buy them after that after we check how many stay subscribed after we send them an email and see how many bounce back. If this works we will buy more every month so please keep in mind the long term benefit from winning this job when you quote. They must have opted in specifically for this offer so the retention rate should be high. Please don't bid if you have not successfully completed projects like this before.
