customise bulk mailing solution

I need a webapplication that is able to send approx 2000 mails/s, i will use pmta and a dedicated server with pmta installed . I need that application to give the ability to customise the header, and has the ability to pause and resume campagns, it should be connected with pmta, and show how much mails are sent in real time. and I need it to be able to send the same mail to the same person but for each mail with a different reply-to address., for example i ll enter an address that i want to mass mail, and then i ll select a list of reply-to adress.. if the list of reply to address has 125 000 emails, then the application will send 125 000 mails to the address i specified but each time with one different reply to address from the 125 000 emails. The mailers that will use this application shouldnt have access to the content of the lists ( emails), they should only be abe to upload new reply-to adress lists, name it, and then for the campagn pick up wich reply-to address list they wanna use for the mass mailing. Please only bid if you worked on similar project, i dont want phpmailer or something that sends 1 mail /s , i said 2000/s. so only bid if you are experienced and did similar job. you can use interspire or mailwizz or any other script if you want as long as you provide exactly what needed. failure to deliver the project exactly as requested in time negociated will result in milestone not released.
