Need to Migrate gsuite a/c to diff gsuite a/c

Hi. we are currently using gsuit basic account with our domain and it has 7 email IDs and emails of 2 years. we have recently received 25 gsuite basic account with a new offer and would like to migrate the domain and emails to new gsuite account, since the offered accounts cannot be added to existing gsuite account. I'd like someone to completely migrate the existing domain and all its email ids and emails to the new domain. we need to do the migration on a weekend to avoid downtime in emails received. please let me know if any further clarification. thanks. r
