Add to Quote Module for prestashop

Hi, i require the expertise of a programmer that has experience in prestashop module creation/modification. My website doesnt thave a payment module and we do not want to add a payment module just yet. we would like the "add to cart" part of the website changed to "add to quote" all elements on the site will stay the same, the only thing is when the customer goes to his cart upon completion the system (or module) must email the quotation through to us and we will contact the seller directly via his email address and send the official quotation through with our banking details where the customer can make payment. the current modules available on prestashop have the add to quote function but it also has the add to cart function available. i want the site to only display add to quote and not add to cart.
