one last time...HIGH PR DO FOLLOW BLOG PAGES REQUESTED

im going to try this one last time. and now i must insist that the links are provided before payment. i have paid two people money looking for something. it's just not getting conveyed what i want i guess, so PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS ENTIRE PROJECT BEFORE TAKING ON THE BID. i'm looking for: DO FOLLOW BLOGS ACTUAL HIGH PR PAGES 3 and above only, not the domain pr, the PAGE pr few outbound links as possible allows comments comments get dropped on first page with PR value, not the 100th page with PR0 i currently pay 30-35 dollars for 100, and i want a deal if you have a larger list. this could be an ongoing project for someone that can produce lists of 500 links per day. QUALITY and stict adherence to my guidelines is what i'm looking for. after two different people have once again accepted payment and NOT produced for me, I MUST INSIST ON SEEING SOME LIST before i pay. i am a honest person and will pay very much money for quality links over time, however i'm not going to be burned again. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. once again i'll try one last time. thanks
