Shenzhen Private Kinder DB

I need a database of private kindergartens in Shenzhen, China. I would start with a need for 100 records. Fields include: Kindergarten name, address, administrative contact, phone, email. If obtainable, would also like the contacts wechat address. This will be tested and if the reply rate to a questionnaire we send out is 5%+, and sales rate is 1.5%+ we will wish to expand into the remaining part of Metro Shenzhen and get a much larger database. Simultaneously, we will need someone to send text file questionnaires to each school on our database, and transfer any of the returned questionnaires to us for future business interaction with the prospect. This will create another profit-center for the contractor we seek.
