Need female to receive our phone call and generate leads

We need a soft voice female person who will attend our customers call, it does not matter from which geographical location you are but MUST!!! need to attend all the call and this on going job will be suspended if any calls get dropped. The chance to get most of the calls during US working hours. though some calls may be from Australia or another country. Job responsibilities: Attend the call as a representative and get their required details and mail me instantly with customer contact details and phone no. Some time customer will call you and want to send mail, then forward the mail. That's it. Requirements: Extreemly strong as good as the native US Speaker. Serious and details oriented. payout: As we are new then mostly you will get call about 15 in a month, and I ll pay $2 USD per call, so initially $30 per month, for next 2-3 months. Then it will be much more and if you unable to handle more calls we can arrange a team. Even within this 2-3 month if you get less than 15 calls even 1, then also I will pay you minimum $30. within this period if you get more than 15 calls then I will pay you $2 extra per exceed call for example, if you attend 20 calls payment ll be $30 then.
