Malaysia Property Data

I am looking for someone / company to gather property information in Malaysia. We need the full address of the units / houses for residential properties plus the 'livable size' or 'sellable size'... meaning the size of the unit. Project Details Malaysia Property Data Type of Data: Residential Area: Klang Valley and Malacca Fields Requested: a. Full Address (Required, including unit#) b. Square footage / meters (Required) c. Number of rooms (If available) d. Owner vs Tenant occupied (If available) e. Household income, either low or not (If available) There are a possible 2,000,000 number of households in selected regions. We don't expect you to get all 2 million (we hope you can though). We will pay for the amount of unique houses (This will be matched against the official Full Address records) Our budget is $100 per 10,000 addresses delivered As this is a large project, to submit a serious bid, please state on the first line "Serious bid" then your proposal, and provide a sample of 5 units of the requested information. (5 properties and their details) Also in your proposal submit the expected time frame to complete and how many units you think you will find.
