RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Heavy Data entry/Customer services/Administrative tasks Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system, Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor. KEY REQUIREMENT: Applicants for this role will need to be familiar with relevant software packages and have a good typing speed. They will need to have strong analytical skills and excellent organisational skills. They will also need to be able to operate other forms of equipment such as printers and tape machine. They should also to be able to work to deadlines and use their own initiative.

Hi, My name is Kristyl and I just joined the Freelancer community. I am looking for a job where I can just stay at home and be able to take care of my son at the same time. I was in the call center industry for almost 10 years. I was a telemarketer, a sales closer, a customer service rep for a Telco company, a technical support rep for one of the Fortune 5000 companies int he US, a National Senior Analyst for a merchant company in Canada, a Business Development Specialist for a domain registrar and a hosting and online solutions provider in Australia. All of these experiences needed me to be in an office. It was okay of course. Got a job and just living the life. But when my son was born, I was not able to take care of him. Now he'll be 6 in 2 months and I just want to be able to provide him a good life and be able to take care of him at the same time. In all honesty, I don't have experience with being a Virtual Assistant but I would love to be able to use my skills for your business and help you complete the tasks that you need to be done. I am a fast learner and was trained in a fast-paced environment. And I am very much willing to unlearn and learn new skills and knowledge to be able to provide you with better job results.
