I possess 5 years working in a Business Process Outsourcing industry (BPO) as a customer service representative and a fashion stylist . I was promoted as a Team Leader after 2 years then . I am responsible for managing a staff team, training and supporting staff members, allocating workloads and tasks and ensuring that service standards are met. I also liaise regularly with other Team Leaders to discuss company procedures, standards and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them. I am an excellent communicator, with a supportive and understanding manner. I am able to handle customer complaints effectively and remain calm under pressure. I believe that my leadership skills make me an ideal candidate for other jobs. I love talking to different people and learning their culture. I am a people oriented person.
