I've been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I'm trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a native american's accent is easy. Besides, I've experience in various process both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical. it is a Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support, a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provide these days. Besides that, Notably I've also worked with sales and billing processes for the same ATT customers. In both of these ATT processes I've been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer after an year of my promotion. With the best agent and trainer awards, I've also gone through two different training certification programs.

Exceptional in customer service. Highly skilled and will do the work exactly as trained. Also have a background in sales/marketing which is primarily driven by superior customer service. Answering calls, as well as a 70wpm speed will make me a likely candidate for this position. More importantly I have a full understanding of the importance of customer retention.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative over the past 6 years and accumulated a great deal of experiences through it. I can handle every customer service task that can be thrown at my way like take phone inquiries or requests, handle emails, organize necessities, do research, follow up appointments at the very least. I have worked for the billing department for the different accounts I have handled as a customer service representative and I also have background in finance and economics since this is the degree that I have finished in my tertiary level. I am fluent in English and have had American accent and culture training. I have a quiet home office comprised of phone, laptop, fast and reliable internet to carry out all necessary office tasks and responsibilities.
