Need Software Developer to build Windows Service using Code::Blocks / C++ / BOOST (Only Skeleton Project Needed)

This is a straight forward project and the final result is just a skeleton project. Need skills in: * Code::Blocks IDE * Windows Services * Windows API (Services and Shell Taskbar) * C++ (and BOOST) You would need to satisfy the following requirements: 1) Register / Deregister the Windows Service (i.e. add the windows service and remove the windows service. For this project the Windows Service can be simply called "ABC Pty Lty") 2) The Service will simply run a provided BOOST Web Server. When service is stopped it will stop the provided BOOST Web Server and otherwise when service is started it will start the provided BOOST Web Server. BOOST Web Server is just the Web Server example provided by BOOST. 3) An icon appears on the Windows Taskbar where a right mouse click will raise a popup menu with two options "start" and "stop". Any icon that is green will suffice for the "start" operation and any icon that is red will suffice for the "stop" operation. These actions must start or stop the Windows service as handled in step 2. 4) Windows Service must work for all Windows versions including XP. We can provide: 1) The initial skeleton Code::Blocks project ready to compile on Windows using BOOST. 2) Instructions to set up your environment for the skeleton project.
