I have worked in similar projects as the one you want. Not in delphi (I however know delphi) but in C++ (as a matter of fact I have code around that would reuse in your project). I also worked in a Crypter for several years so I know about antiviruses for added value. For instance you maybe would like to sell subscriptions to customers with undetected RAT. I must clarify first 2 things. I would like to be paid as the project advances. You know milestones released. Because I hitted at times with projects that employers only pay at the end of the project and this project is going to take a while. Nothing to worry I am a professional and I complete all the jobs (you will find here that people sometimes leaves the project in the middle of things). Mi completion rate is actually 100% but two employers made a a mistake (you can read my reviews). I also want to clarify that once we agree on specifications for the project a change in the specifications would incurr in price increase. The time is a roug estimate likely it will take less.
