Hi.. These RFP's can be very challenging to write credibly... especially if they are for large-scale commercial or Government projects... I am currently trying to help a California client sort his way through the Bid (for which his company is not qualified!!)
BTW - I am planning - starting a large village/home construction project (in-house) in Philippines as we speak!
So... assuming your company is experienced, capable & in good shape to proceed... As an Aussie business consultant - with lots of government & private sector RFP/Bid/Proposal experience...we can get this done.
I have successfully worked with many clients to write & submit many proposals for government & commercial sector tenders & grants at Federal, State and local levels in maareas such as health services (community health, dementia care, program assessment, General Practice), Recruitment services (Universities in USA on behalf of a client and with the Department of Defence in Australia, and as preferred suppliers of ICT & career counseling, outplacement, manufacturing services.... plus plus plus. MANY!!
Some of these were for my own businesses & others for clients in various countries - including the Australia, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, The Philippines and Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, India...
Generally organizations looking for high-value RFP's provide the document templates + details of requirements (e.g 193 pages for the above)...
Maye we can chat about your needs... Cheers, John
