content/creative writing to emtionally engage reader

I need an AMERICAN writer that has the pulse of what is happening in our culture to create content with the concept that a medallion communicates that "somebody has your back" PLEASE, only for USA , other bids will not be considered, ONLY because of their familiarity with the climate of our culture at this time. I want feelings and emotions but not overly dramatic, simply put when you receive this medallion from someone it is a statement that somebody got your back. Write about friendship, feelings, unity and support. I need someone who can take time to listen and share ideas to create the best presentation.
