IT Consultnacy Website with Recrutiemnt Fucntionality

This project involves the development and full branding of an IT consultancy web site. Please only apply to this project if you can demonstrate :- 1. Previous examples of recruitment and candidate CV management functionality 2. All aspects listed in the attached specification and a detailed proposal. the specification also includes a sample proposal form another vendor just to give you idea of detail i am looking for. We are looking for a very sharp and crisp site, which is both useable and memorable. It should be a responsive web site which works perfectly on all IOS / mobile application devices such as iPad/smart phones etc. should contain a user friendly CMS back end so that we can maintain and update web site in house. We are not overly fussed which CMS this is - as long as it does the job sufficiently and meets the requirements. We would like to have the website up and running within next 4-6 weeks.
