I am a structural design engineer based in the UK and I found your project to be interesting. I can design the section based on your requirement (although in practice it is impossible to have no deflection, we can minimise the deflection to be for example 0.001 of a millimetre). I don't think if it is feasible to design a flexible section but it is possible to design it as attachable so you can assemble/disassemble on-site. there are two challenges regarding your project that I need to talk to you about.
