I am just looking for a software than can do the following: * Make and RECORD phone calls using a laptop * Hire virtual numbers from Mexico, Canada and USA to receive calls * Make voicemail greetings (recording) If the laptop software also has a cellphone app, that will be great (not required though). NOTE: I am NOT looking for the freelancer to create a new software, I am just looking for someone to tell me if they know an "already-made" software I can use immediately. The software NEEDS TO MAKE ALL THESE THINGS described below, and the freelancer fee is only to tell me about this software you already know about.
