We are looking for an experienced C#.NET Developer to join our expanding IT team at our headquarters in Champaign, IL. Primary responsibilities include supporting creating scalable applications, existing functionality, expanding existing code targeting modern web and desktop applications. Our next Senior C#.NET Developer must be able to write clean, readable code and also identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems. This individual will develop sophisticated back-end processes powering modern web applications. Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Strong understanding of normalized data models, query optimization, code versioning, etc. Experience with full-stack .NET development - including but not limited to: C#, SQL, Web Forms, WPF, Web Services, JavaScript MVC Frameworks and HTML. Desired Qualities/Skills: Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, adapt, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail. Minimum 3+ years development experience Familiarity with iOS, Android, Hybrid Mobile App Development Familiarity with web application development Familiarity with developing modern web-services enabled applications that run on Microsoft Surface tablets Understands fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Familiarity and awareness of various design and architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) Ability to coach and educate other team members.
