WE LOOK FOR:
We are looking for a competent and serious Autodesk Revit professional(s) to convert 500 drawings into 500 Revit Detail Items (Revit Architecture 2012 format).
WE PROVIDE:
We are supplying you the following:
1 - Our original and copyrighted drawings in DWG format, with the right layer names, to be imported into Revit Architecture 2012.
2 - Our Revit Detail Item template.
3 - Our instructions on how to perform the task in a efficient manner. You are however free to do it in another way should you prefer - you are free to use automation, scripts, etc.
JOB SKILLS:
The job requires very basic family creating skills. You may need to solve some minor issues due to revit "too little line error". when creating the filled region required in each Detail Item file.
BEFORE YOU BID:
In order to evaluate your skills, and validate your offer, we will give you during the bidding period a demo package with a sample DWG, our Revit Detail Item template and a finished Revit Detail Item. You have to return us the conversion of the this one DWG into the relevant Revit Detail Item. Please ask us for the demo pack by sending us a message. This will give you a feeling of the task and give us a serious way of checking your work.
PAYMENT:
We will pay in milestones. We will break the 500 drawings into packages of 20-40 drawings per DWG. Those become milestones. We expect that you can deliver these packages quickly.
The first package will be of 5 drawings to minimize the risks to you and us.
The final files should be functional on Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012 and newer. The rights to use those files will belong to us: you cannot use, copy, share those files.

3 - Communication

Hi, we are a team of architects using Autodesk Revit Architecture. Currently we are using 2011 version but we also have 2012 (version 2012 seemed to have bugs). Anyway, we have been using revit architecture for the past 5-6 years and we are capable of creating revit families, details and package of Architectural drawings done in Revit Architecture. Current active architects now are 2, but we have colleagues who can deliver and do just the same. Please send your test package and let me know soon other instructions / information that will help us deliver the work. We troubleshoot revit issues by ourselves and pricing depends on how vast / extensive the work is. Currently I bid at 100USD but for per hour basis, I price at 8USD per hour. We can negotiate later on. We are based in the Philippines by the way. Also, I can ask if this will me on metric or english system?
