I'm looking for a building designer experienced with relocatable cabins and tiny homes to AUSTRALIAN standards.

Our next project is a 12x4m relocatable cabin that will be built at our yard near Elimbah (north of Brisbane) and transported to the clients site when ready.
The cabin will be a steel base on skids (all steel floor joists, skids and perimeter, hardwood floor, cypress pine frame and exposed roof beams (single skillion roof). 2.4m at back long wall and 2.7 at fron long walls. 6 windows, 2 doors, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, NO bathroom...
We're looking for someone to ideally do the design work and engineering for the base, stumps, cabin frame, bracing, lintel specs, roof beam specs etc etc... or we may split the base/stumps and the rest of the cabin up depending on what people offer. We need to provide the client/install builder with drawings (and form 15's for base, stumps and frame) they can give to the certifyers for approval.
I've attached a rough layout picture and a picture of a DIFFERENT cabin to give an ideal of the style of finish it will have.
We want to approve this job within a few days.
