ASP.NET - Problem with sending emails from user contact forms

I have a website in hosting written in .aspx with MsSql database. This website is running from year 2005 and it is on hosting. Everything works (even admin emails are received on every new subscription) but I have noticed that "user contact forms" are not sending email messages. FOR THE MOMENT I NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE. (After this, surely I will need other separate jobs for upgrades). I can provide full .ASPX files and web access to the MSSQL database. If anyone thinks can help to solve please put a bid.
