Write book on sports/performance psychology

The fields of Sports and Performance Psychology seek to increase the performance of athletes, musicians, firefighters etc. through mental training. A number of psych. tools/methods has been developed to seek specific performance goals, such as mental imagery, attentiveness, recovery, NLP (itself a collection of tools), I would like your help in writing a book that provides a toolbox and explains a variety (25-100) of such methods. It could consist of three main parts: an introduction outlining the history of psych. methods for performance, their effectiveness, and the approach for selecting the right tools for one's specific needs the main body where the tools are explained. Each method is described on 2-10 pages, using a standard template such as "quick facts", "what it achieves" "how it works", "further resources"... closing advice on effectiveness-testing and implementing the tools It should be about 200-250 pages in length, readable for an educated layperson (professional athlete or musician or trainer or businessperson) and scientifically sound (well-researched using scientific literature, but no need to cite articles like an academic paper/book).
