Hello, I am currently running my own blog. Here is a sample of my latest Article.
From my personal experience, sugar is not to be underestimated. I call it the “Sweet Nemesis” From day one it lured me into its addiction, always present in front of me in one shape or the other, be it disguised as an easter egg, toffee apple, stick of rock, a sugar doughnut, gummy bears or just plain candy I’ve always had trouble staying away from it.
Throughout my adulthood, I’ve found it hard to part from confectionary and desserts or anything sweet as matter of fact, even though I don’t binge eat, I’m always eating something sugary so over time it does build up.
Now I don’t have anything against sugar as I love it, but I have realised, a high sugar diet without enough exercise is a deadly combination. How do I know? Because there is a chance I could be insulin resistant. If you’ve read my homepage you’ll have an idea why, but for the record let me tell you in a little more detail: From my late twenties until now which is my mid-thirties, I have had an extremely busy work life, leaving little or no motivation to workout, after an exhausting day at work the last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym or perform an exercise routine.
However, being quite health conscious I took care of my diet, I ate reasonable portions, just the right amount of fat, I went to the gym regularly and even went jogging from time to time, so overall in my books I was okay.
