CE course submission and outline

Hi, Home Inspections LLC is creating a CE class for realtor. I have spoke with the program provider Tom Moore and Home Inspections LLC would be able to provide a basics 2/3 credit CE class Home inspection 101 Construction fundamentals The value of a pre-listing inspection Mold Radon Lead safety Termite inspections Mr. Moore stated that my topics and outlined would fall under business communication. I would like you to read through the program guide lines and rules to become a course provider. Then create the necessary documents to become a provider. Pay close attention to 1301:5-7-03(N) as these are the topics that the Division of Real Estate are allowed to approve. This application must be accompanied by a $50 application fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Ohio Division of Real Estate and submitted no later than 30 days prior to the initial date of the course.
