Type: Full Time Organization: Team RINE (RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc,Bramptom) Team RINE is Toronto (Canada) based growing real estate team that provides valuable experience to clients in buying pre-construction, resale, commercial and business for sale. We have an immediate need for few highly competitive and talented Real Estate TeleSales Representatives to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious sales and growth strategy. In this role, some of your responsibilities will include: - Would be assigned warm leads in crm - Making calls and email outreach daily Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification as prospective client - Help clients with a positive and proactive attitude and nurture the leads until appointments are set. - To set up an appointment of qualified clients with our Real Estate Agent. - Monitor and follow-up the client till appointment is completed. - To track the client status till the final deal gets closed This position is for an individual who - Is results oriented and high achiever - Has an amazing work ethic and is looking to crush your sales goals. - Is highly driven and energetic with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Provides exceptional customer service to client and team members. Requirements/Qualifications: - Must be competent in selling over the phone - TeleSales, call center or experience in real estate is preferred. - Excellent English communication skills (Neutral English Accent) - Computer savvy - Shift time: 7-8PM to 4-5AM(IST) Salary: - Range: Fixed INR 20000-40000 per month(depending upon experience and performance) + Incentives on every appointment(Zoom, office or at client’s place) and Converted Sale Incentives: - Zoom Meeting INR 250 - Client’s Place Meeting INR 500 - Office Meeting INR 1000 - Converted Sale INR 5000 So one could easily make INR 50,000 to INR70,000 including incentives There would be a 1 week training/onboarding period and salary will be decided based on assessment during this period.
