Design and build a clickable interactive website prototype (Desktop and Mobile)

Design and build a clickable interactive website prototype showing the full journeys and flows with supporting wireframes (Lo Fi and Hi Fi). The design should be for both mobile and for desktop. Must use the full color palette, clickable areas, and depiction of how the content will be served. The site will allow people to connect (supplier side and demand side), plus a blog feature which allows posting of content by anyone. Need someone who can focus on the project and can take all work direction (verbal user stories) from the Product Manager. The mobile version should be able to be translated to an iOS and Android app. The major deliverable is the Interactive Prototype for mobile and for desktop. No bot responses please.
