Design an Advertisement

I need 20 ads created. These are ads that I have done normally by a house graphics guy but we are a little backed up. We place these ads on our website. An example of the "ads" needed can be found at [login to view URL]). We also create banners for around the site that you can see examples of by doing to the home page. Our ad sizes are 400 x 300 pixels,135 x 71 pixels and 728 x 90 pixels. You will be provided a poorly hand written layout and all accompanying files needed to create the ads via email or file sharing. I will need 2 files back for each ad, named appropiately; a psd file as well as a gif file. You will have a contact here in my office between 10am-4pm eastern for questions and clarification (ie: handwritten layout).
