Who We are: I am the CEO and one of four partners of a recently restructured company. The company has successfully been in the industry as a one man band for several years but this year we added partners and capital and moved to new premises to achieve better profit and to expand our market share with additional revenue streams. Our Issues: 1. My accountant skills are pretty basic (i learn as we go) but I would like to know how to do our books before we hire an accountant. 2. We love online and new solutions and have just decided to use Intuit Quickbooks Online for our accounting. What we need at this stage: 1. As an ongoing service I would like someone i can reach regularly via Skype, chat or email to ask for help in daily use of Quickbooks and general account issues. 2. As a more specific project I would like to find a way of adding our product matrix into the system for Proposals/Invoicing. 3. In general I need someone with an open mind who dont mind answering silly questions or finding the best solution to a problem and optimise the use of QB. Our business is located in Spain (i am not too worried about local knowledge, if i know what to look for i can find it), but preferred language is English.
