French VAT setup and returns, plus German VAT returns

We run a small business on amazon and ebay in the UK. We are nearly 5 years old and we sell edible cake decorations with over 4 million cakes topped since we started! Our business has been successful enough so that we could open marketplace accounts across Europe on the following websites so far... But have recently hit the €35,000 limit within a calendar year in France (7th December 2016). So we are looking for someone to help get us set up for VAT in France and to file our returns for us, and once setup in Germany we would need someone to help with these returns too. We were also close to the limit in Italy last calendar year, but do not need to register for VAT yet. Is the French set up and regular returns something you could help with? Do you have experience of filling the German VAT returns too? As I say, almost all of our sales are from these websites (we have our own website too which does a few sales but it is still young so sales are small here) and because the sales are all via amazon and ebay it's very easy for us to pull of a list of sales within the month/quarter (ideally we would file returns in quarters if allowed) for whoever gets this job, so hopefully filing returns is as simple as logging onto the VAT submissions website in France or Germany and entering the numbers in the correct place just like we do here with HMRC? Maybe it's not so simple? I'd love to find out please... Is this is something you can do? What would you need in order to get us registered in France for VAT and how quickly could you do it? How often would we need to file returns in each country? What would you need from us for each VAT return? How much time would you estimate each return would take you (approximately) to sort out? What is your hourly rate? I'm looking for someone who we can trust and work with regularly. Hopefully you can do our Italian setup and returns one day too... We look forward to hearing from you, Joe
