Build a crm website incorporating mysql, php, http posts, login, and a form

Need a site built incorporating features that I'm already using. I'm currently hosting some information on another website and need a website built that will incorporate some things already in use and add additional features. ## Deliverables I currently have some software built and in files on a server and would like to build a user friendly website so that users can log in and track web based information. The software currently takes an http post and responds inserts information in a table in the database. The software also access another table for each individual that I want the user to be able to access and edit when they log in (this is currently being done through a desktop python application). The HTTP post that are being sent to a table I want the user to be able to view this information in a readable format. In addition I need a form developed so that when someone registers, they can fill the form out answering questions and this information will either be stored so that I can access it later or be emailed to me. You'll need website development skills (CRM), mysql skills, the ability to read documentation, do http post among other skills to complete this project.
