I'm trying develop a search application that searches a mySQL database full of many different automobiles. It's a simple query, searching for all entry's of a particular manufacture and/or a particular model. First: the user submits their search from the searchOptions.swf. To keep the back button functionality of the browser the results of the submitted search criteria are sent via variables in a php URL to an inline frame called tracker. Sample URL: php/[login to view URL] Second: The said php variables are then passed to the parent page:`[login to view URL]` using javaScript. Third: The variables are then passed to a different swf called searchResults.swf. This swf uses loadVars to send the variables to a php file `php/[login to view URL]` that query's the database. The results are read back into the [login to view URL] file via XML. the above works perfectly for a small number of results. (around 200 and below) when a search is preformed that results in a high number of results, nothing is read back into the [login to view URL] file. However, when you use a browser to navigate to, or run the [login to view URL] query and you view the outputted XML source all the needed vehicles are there.
