Create Simple Wordpress Theme (from another site)

I would like someone to make a simple wordpress theme: cornertvcabinet org (Site 1) School-grants org (Site 2) Simple logo no need of a logo right now, just a generic one. Conditions: 1) The look and feel of the new site will have to be exactly as the 2 websites provided. 2) Should work with Wordpress 3+ 3) Should be adsense optimized: Able to add in the post <div left> codes. 4) Widgetized 5) Site 1: No need of the top categories. So just left side only. 6) Left side "categories titles" should be h2. 7) Need the same designs of sites that I have mentioned. So please if something that is not EQUAL will be rejected. Bid for both wordpress designs. As a very simple wordpress theme (that I know It can be found in the internet but little luck or laziness) I need them CHEAP. If you can´t make it cheap please don´t bid. As a simple wordpress design it should be DONE Perfect.
