Contact Form emails not coming through

[login to view URL] (Wordpress site) has two main forms. Sometimes they come through and sometimes the submissions do not. We have setup Contact Forms DB so at least now we are capturing the submissions but I want them to come through email consistently. We are using Sendgrid (Currently sending as API) to send email as our host does not have an email function. I need someone to go through and make sure forms are submitted all the time. If this requires a different email submission plugin or whatever, that's fine. But it needs to work. For someone who knows about these things, it shouldn't take long but I have tried everything I can. Please don't autobid. Please evaluate. Need work done promptly so will pick winner within 8 -10 hours.
